Here at Juno, we are looking for an Aesthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

REQUIREMENTS:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing facials, chemical peels, lash lifts/tints, dermaplaning, and other services on our patients
• Doing consults and assessing skin to recommending the best home regimen for our patients
• Using social media to display results + educate potential patients
• Referring patients to other team members for additional services that provide a holistic approach so they can obtain their desired results
• Other miscellaneous duties that may be asked of you to keep the day-to-day business operations running smoothly as part of the team

• Have knowledge of dermaplaning, lash lifts/tints, glycolic peels, VIPeels, HydroJelly masks, and waxing.
• Have knowledge of the Jan Marini and Neocutis product lines
• Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
• Be comfortable with learning new client management systems
• Have basic understanding of technology
• Be reliable, responsible, and accountable
• Be kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
• Be passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning

Juno is a boutique medspa located in Loveland, OH. Our mission is to help working moms get their confidence back! Our typical patient is 30-50 years old who is looking for preventative anti-aging treatments and natural results. Our small team of 4 is very close and supportive of each other. Although we are professionals who take our work very seriously, our patients feel at ease in our relaxed, casual environment! We treat all our patients as friends and you’ll hear us laughing together often!

Compensation starts at $20/hour

This is a part-time position (18 hours/week) with 3 shifts a week - two morning shifts (10am-3pm) and one evening (3pm-8pm) shift. One Saturday shift (10am-3pm) per month is required. Employees are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to their shift and can stay 30 minutes afterwards to clean up/finish charting.
