We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our OrangeTwist Team. Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide thoughtful and caring primary medical care to OrangeTwist clients. You will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and services to our clients. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client care and promote a positive client experience.
Location: 2722 Augustine Dr #120, Santa Clara, CA 95054
Schedule: 3 to 4 shifts a week including 2 full weekends a month
Compensation: $55+/hourly with Incentive and Commission
What You Will Do:
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess their aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences, considering factors such as skin type, age, and desired outcomes.
- Perform various non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables (such as Botox, dermal fillers), laser treatments, chemical peels, micro-needling, and skin rejuvenation.
- Administer injections and other aesthetic treatments following established protocols, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients, including information on potential side effects, aftercare procedures, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control guidelines, maintaining proper sterilization of equipment, and disposing of hazardous materials appropriately.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic procedures, techniques, and industry trends through ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, proper product usage, and maintenance strategies to optimize treatment results and promote long-term skin health.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatments performed, progress made, and any adverse reactions or complications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as dermatologists and plastic surgeons, to provide comprehensive and integrated client care when needed.
- Continuously strive to enhance client satisfaction by delivering personalized care, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, such as attending community events, contributing to social media content, and engaging with potential clients to generate business growth.
Qualifications:
- Medical/Master's degree and certification
- PA - Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant and current national certification - OR -
- Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and current national certification
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state
- Certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (preferred), or willingness to pursue certification.
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Medspa or similar setting (minimum 2 year)
- Minimum 2 years experience with aesthetic laser treatments, injecting neurotoxin, and dermal fillers
