At Glo Medspa in Wilmington, North Carolina, we are seeking a passionate and friendly Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our elegant and thriving medical spa. Position Overview:
At Glo Medspa our Aesthetic Nurse Injector (Registered Nurse (RN, BSN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)) is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients. The Aesthetic Injector must possess excellent communication skills and conduct effective and informative client consultations based on the needs and objectives of the patient. The RN, NP or PA is responsible for promoting the Glo products, procedures, and services through education, patient outreach, and strong skills in consultative selling. The role of the Aesthetic Injector RN, NP or PA is to achieve business growth through sales of treatments, procedures, and products, meeting and exceeding the goals of the physicians, and implementing strategic plans that meet the needs of the customer.
Requirements:- 3 years of Aesthetic injectable experience is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience with IPL, RF Microneedling, C02 fractional, filler experience including Sculptra, Radiesse, Restylane and Juvederm.
- Must have either a current Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of North Carolina
- Experience with aesthetics treatments, health, and wellness, plastic surgery, or dermatology.
- Excellent customer support, communication, and integrity.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and follow through with aftercare product recommendations.
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment and grow skills.
- Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Possesses knowledge of skincare and has the desire to learn more.
- Demonstrates skills in sales, customer service, and time management.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the Aesthetics industry.
- Full Time: Open availability (we are open Monday - Saturday)
MON: 09:00 - 5:00
TUES|WED|THURS: 09:00 - 7:00
FRI: 09:00 - 5:00
SAT: 09:00 - 3:00
