Our partner clinic Admire Plastic Surgery + Skin Clinic located in Scottsdale, AZ is growing and we are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team with exciting opportunities for expansion to new locations on the horizon.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others look and feel their best, must have a love for Aesthetics, a positive can-do outlook and enjoy working as a team player.
Responsibilities:

• Proficiently assess and treat clients with Aesthetic injectable treatments including Neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport & Daxxify), HA Filler (Restylane, Juvederm & RHA lines) and Sculptra.
• Follow the brand driven customer service training to provide an exceptional experience to every client and build long term client relationships. We strive to deliver amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level of service. Implement the processes we've created (in collaboration with the client on treatment goals), to thoroughly assess the client, perform the treatment itself and follow through with post-treatment evaluation.
• Perform an aesthetic assessment & create a comprehensive treatment plan for new patients (with the Medical Director's oversight and approval).
• Maintain state compliance and adhere to all safety protocols, policies, regulations and a clean injectable station using proper sanitation methods.
• Detailed charting and documentation of patient files.
• Contribute to our marketing strategy through:
• Word-of-Mouth advertising to grow injectable clientele
• Participate in Skin Clinic Events
• IG posts & stories on professional page
• Collect client testimonials and reviews
• Meet daily & monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
• Be a leader of the day-to-day activities of our thriving practice.

The Right Fit:

• Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patients.
• A quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills - and professionally handle client concerns as necessary.
• Obsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful.
• Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail.

Must-Haves:

• Must have a minimum of two years' experience delivering Aesthetic injectable treatments (Neurotoxin, Filler, Sculptra) and excel in treating existing and new Aesthetic patients.
• Must be a licensed nurse in the state of Arizona and in good standing with the AZ Nursing Board.
• Positive and warm personality.
• Must have an established clientele and will be referred existing clients of the practice.
• Mature demeanor with professional appearance.
• Ability to quickly learn practice operations, technology, social media and other applicable duties.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team player mentality.
• Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and embrace company culture.
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
• Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language.
• Ability to lead by example, with LOYALTY, INTEGRITY and HONESTY.
• Self-accountability.
