We are seeking a full-time Advice Nurse (RN) to join our Gastroenterology South clinic located in Oregon City. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
We are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and patient-focused work ethic. Responsibilities include phone triage, documenting phone conversations, follow-up, and limited onsite patient care, in addition to other duties assigned. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous nursing experience. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and be able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office. May be able to transition to hybrid/remote after 4-6 weeks of onsite training.
Workdays are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm OR 4 10-hour shifts.
Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials:
Level 1 - $38.84 - $52.54 per hour.
Level II - $42.72 - $57.80
Level III - $46.99 - $63.58
Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous nursing experience is required.
- Current Oregon State RN license is required.
- Prior experience with Centricity is preferred.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers.
