Adventure Technician

Mad Moose Rentals is Southern Utah's fastest-growing off-road rental and tour company! We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. We are seeking self-motivated and optimistic individuals to join our team as Adventure Techs who will play a key role in enhancing our customers' experiences.

Hours: 9 am-7 pm (we are open every day of the week)

Pay: $18-$24/hour based on experience + commission

Responsibilities

• Elevate every customer's adventure
• Proactively sell, upsell, and add-on time, machines, and accessories
• Inspect, clean, and maintain overall fleet quality
• Be an accountable team player
• Communicate openly and frequently
• Positive and forward-thinking mindset
• Open to constructive criticism
• Open to a flexible and adaptable schedule
• Fareharbor bookings, payments, and damage holds
• Machine preparation and test drives
• Check machines out and in
• Machine rescues, incident reports, and overall safety
• Fleetio issues and inspections
• Maintain, clean, and organize location
• Clean helmets and goggles
• Submit daily end-of-shift reports

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work rotating Saturday AND Sundays
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Valid First Aid Certification

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

This is a seasonal position that usually goes until August 15th, although there is room for advancement and year-round positions depending on the individual.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
