Description
Hospice of the Red River Valley is seeking a great candidate to join the Philanthropy team and help provide key supportive resources as the Advancement Gift Processor. This position is responsible for administrative support to the development/philanthropy activities of the organization and will be a part-time employee working 20 hours per week. This position is benefit eligible and will be based in our Fargo office location.

- Responsible for entering new and updated gift and donor information.
- Receive and track donations including gifts-in-kind.
- Send donor receipts and thank you letters.
- Track and bill endowment pledges and prepare donor activity reports.
- Coordinate with Finance Department related to philanthropy deposits and records.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- One year experience in administrative assistant position or related position
- Experience with fundraising software and/or database management; experience with Raiser's Edge preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of computer operating systems and Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of customer service experience
- High level of organizational skills, prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Experience in handling confidential situations
