Job Summary:
The Quality & Process Engineering (Q&PE) organization which includes (ESA/MCL/NDT/MET disciplines) is responsible for working closely with our internal and external suppliers and providing process approvals, surveillance, and production support. P&W Quality and Process Engineering (Q&PE) organization is looking for a technician to join our Inspection and Technical Services group to support supplier quality requirements within the Advanced Metrology labs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Airflow tool support (rubber molds). Airflow master support (paint/marking/cleaning/documentation). Airflow master quoting.
• Shipping/receiving. Airflow Database updates. Airflow lab 6S.
• Calibration management of airflow, SL, and new tech lab gauges. Structured light scan support (part prep/cleaning)
• Dimensional scan support. Supply management. Gear lab shipping/receiving

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree(or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable working with automated machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GD&T. Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality in the aerospace industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and independent.

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
