ResponsibilitiesAscension Medical Group is looking for a full time Primary Care APP for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN.
Position Highlights:

- Treating your own panel of patients
- Expected volume depending on the day is between 18-25 patients once established
- Open to both NP's and PA's
- Experience with Primary Care or Urgent Care preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
