JOB DESCRIPTION: A western Georgia hospital is recruiting an Advanced Endoscopy trained Gastroenterologist join our established, hospital-employed center for digestive disorders. Call is 1:5. Candidate must be open to some general GI, as the advanced endoscopy patient base grows. Practice is located on the hospital campus, a 30-second walk to the endoscopy suite and 2-minute walk to the hospital. State-of-the-art technology on-site, along with most service lines IM GME Program on-site with teaching opportunities available Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and endoscopy suite Strong referral base with large primary care and internal medicine presence HOSPITAL: What began as a 154-bed hospital has now more than doubled in size, employing more than 2,700 employees and 300 physicians.
