Job Summary and Qualifications
* This is a Full Time Day shift position *
The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing all levels of pharmacy clinical services. This includes patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions as well as supporting all aspects of pharmacy operations. This Pharmacist will be working with the Solid Organ Transplant Team and must have a minimum of 2-3 years of transplant experience.

What Qualifications You Will Need:
- B.S or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required, A Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy is preferred
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the TX State Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2-3 years hospital clinical pharmacy experience with transplant experience a must
- Completion of hospital PGY1/pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship
- Specialty BCPS certification
- Other certification (e.g. FCCP or FASHP)
