Advanced Care Paramedic

Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from Advanced Care Paramedics for a potential upcoming opportunity in Winnemucca, NV.

The position will be based at a construction site, providing Occupational Health support for mining operations. 

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Successful completion of a state approved EMT training program

• Successful completion of a state approved of CAAHEP accredited paramedic training program

• Must be appropriately licensed, qualified and registered to work within the state of Nevada

• Certified as a CPR/First Aid Instructor

• Current, valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

The ideal candidate should exhibit: 

• A high level of professionalism and adaptability. 

• Strong emergency medical/trauma care skills and have proven occupational health qualification or equivalent experience, preferably in a construction and/or industrial environment. 

• Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)

*Employment is contingent on contract award!
