Adult Community Medical Home Nurse RN/LPN
Located in Pottstown, PA
Full Time Weekdays (all shifts are 7A – 7P or 7P – 7A, Monday through Friday)

KenCrest is seeking Nurses (RN/LPN) to participate in the care of the residents in our Adult Community Medical Homes (CMH).
At our Adult CMH’s, we provide a home-care environment to four (4) medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities. Our Care Teams provide 24/7 full circle care to meet all social, medical and emotional needs of our residents while providing them with opportunities for the highest quality life possible.
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide full-circle quality care to our residents on a 2:1 ratio to meet all of their complex medical needs.
Qualifications:

• Valid RN/LPN License in the state of PA
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
