Elevations is one of the lead affirming all-gender Residential Treatment Centers offering guidance, support, and relief. We help adolescents ages 13-18 overcome challenges stemming from mental health problems, emotional disorders, learning disorders, substance use, and other underlying issues. From depression, anxiety, defiance, to bullying, Elevations RTC is one of the more respected residential treatment centers in America.

Elevations RTC is uniquely focused on providing all gender, real-world residential environment with a combination of intensive psychiatric treatment and personalized care. We offer specialized clinical groups to address specific problems, accredited academics and experiential education opportunities to build confidence and resiliency.

All of this takes place in a medically comprehensive affirming residential treatment center environment designed to help a struggling or troubled adolescent acquire the skills and proactive mindset they need to regain their self-confidence, happiness, and reconnect with their life.

Essential Position Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Successfully clear a criminal background screening.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a strong work ethic.

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Function in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management.

Starting Salary: $18 /hour + night and weekend shift differentials (increased hourly base wage by $1 or $2/hour!)
