- Answer. transfer, return, log, phone calls.
- Data entry, scan, upload/download files, schedule appointments, answer questions from prospective students as well as current applicants and their parents, and high school counselors.
- Manage admissions email inbox, reply to questions, assign emails to appropriate staff.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail. This person is often the first contact with a prospective student (or their family) and can influence whether they remain interested in Dickinson College.
- Training on admissions policies, processes and procedures will be provided. Experience with MS O365 essential.
