Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Admissions Representative at MTI, you will play a key role in guiding students through the selection and enrollment process. This role involves initial contact with prospective students, strategic follow-up, meeting with prospective students and families at MTI’s campus in
Beachwood, OH, with the overarching goal of merchandising the benefits of choosing MTI as a launch point for an outstanding career.

This role will report directly to MTI’s Admissions Director. No prior experience admissions experience is necessary. Extensive training is provided. The right personality, self-starting drive, and desire to earn and grow are the key qualifications for success in this exciting role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Engage with prospective students through various lead channels (phone calls, emails, virtual meetings) to understand their educational and career goals.
• Provide detailed information about MTI's programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
• Schedule prospective students and family members to visit MTI, tour the campus, and guide them through the admissions process.
• Assist in completing application forms, gathering necessary documents, and ensuring a smooth application submission.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and supportive experience for students.

• Attending on-campus events throughout the year.
• Assist the admissions department in meeting enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of MTI's programs.
• Utilize sales techniques to convert inquiries into campus visits and enrollments.
• Maintain record comments and applicant progress in the school’s CRM software system.
• Engage with students using innovative MatrixLink technology to provide state-of-the-art communication and connectivity.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with charity towards students, staff, and faculty.
• Strong creativity, organization, and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of educational programs.
• Goal-oriented with a record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding targets.
• A passion for higher education.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
