```Duties:```
- Answer and direct phone calls, take orders, enter orders into the system
- filing both electronic and physical
- Prepare quotations, customer service
- Invoicing customers
```Experience:```
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to type on a keyboard, reliable transportation, must be on time to work,
must live close to our location.
