Position Description
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Case Management Admin to join our Finance Team. You'll be essential to driving the efficiency and effectiveness in Accounts Receivable and Billing operations. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager , you will help resolve customer inquiries and dispatch tickets to the appropriate teams to support our rapid growth. This includes dispute resolution and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners. You will also have opportunities to assist in system implementation, related optimization projects, and developing reporting metrics.

Pay Band
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 USD per year to commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communicator to work with both internal and external customers
- A detail-oriented individual that loves numbers and data
- Possess critical thinking skills and apply them to customer engagements and improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently, decisively, and timely
- Associate or BA degree in finance related field preferred
- 1+ years experience with Billing and Accounts Receivable processes preferred
- Ability to take ownership of email Case Management duties
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic, high growth, and fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks; strong organizational and time management skills required
Responsibilities
- Lead email Case Management for Accounts Receivable and Billing including assigning and efficiently resolving tickets within designated SLAs
- Develop communications and routine responses to be applied to various common scenarios
- Develop best practices and reporting metrics to optimally leverage the Case Management tool
- Partner collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute closure of tickets
- Be a versatile team player that can perform various tasks ranging from routine customer inquiries to ad-hoc projects or analytics
- Assist in training employees on Case Management tool usage
- Ensure documentation of new procedures
- Assist with phone inquiries as needed
- Participate in system and process optimization projects to help scale operations
- Field various audit requests where appropriate
