We are a leading accountant firm in Southern California searching for an ideal candidate who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. Must have experience working for an accounting firm. We are willing to train for the right candidate. Full-time or Part-time.

- Communication and marketing skills to act as the contact point between internal team members and clients
- Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Budgeting, bookkeeping, and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software
- Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of products and services
- Time management and prioritization skills to ensure the efficient functioning of schedules and office systems
- Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
- Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
- Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
Skills:
- Computer skills: should be comfortable using bookkeeping software and computer spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented: are responsible for developing accurate financial records and reports. They need to pay attention to detail to avoid errors and recognize errors that have been made.
- Integrity: are in control of the financial documentation for an organization, and this information should be used appropriately and kept confidential. Accounting Clerks must guard against misuse of an organization’s funds by keeping transparent records.
Compensation:
- Up to $70,000 per year

- Bonus based on performance
