We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative/ Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks while also supporting our recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
- Assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and records.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
