This position requires excellent time management, organizational and communication skills. This position is responsible for acting as procedural scheduling coordinator, department supply coordinator, transcribing, answering phones for department and assisting with kronos. As needed the Administrative Technician will fill in as an EKG technician.

Required Skills

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to type 55-66 WPM.
• Able to file systematically.
• Medical transcription experience.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software



Required Experience

Required:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• BLS (AHA)

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a secretary, office manager or similar position involving responsibility for clerical operations of a department.
• Basic EKG Class
• Bilingual – Spanish preferred
