Responsibilities:
- Supports Client Service team and Sales team
- Completing, submitting & tracking service request forms
- Contact carriers on client service required forms & documenting in CRM
- Manage Client portfolio overviews on Excel, as requested by team
- Upload annual statements as needed for sales appointments
- Client research of account information as needed by team members
Requirements:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proven experience in Client Services or related abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- The ability to work independently, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to the operation of the company
- Understanding operational needs of the sales and client services processes
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote
- Attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
