Vali is seeking a a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of defense and intelligence. Join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist- Intelligence Analyst and become a vital contributor to the Test & Evaluation Threat Resource Activity (TETRA) supporting the Office of the Director, Operational Test & Evaluation (DOT&E). Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the readiness and effectiveness of critical Department of Defense (DOD) weapons and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support Specialist - Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
Subject Matter Expertise: Providing expert Administrative Support to TETRA personnel, ensuring the smooth execution of their duties.
Records Management: Managing and optimizing TETRA's data repositories to ensure efficient data access and utilization.
Web Portal Management: Overseeing and maintaining TETRA's customer-facing web portals, ensuring up-to-date and relevant information.
Meeting Minutes: Producing internal meeting minutes to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
Visitor Support: Offering administrative and logistical support for visitors, enhancing their experience with TETRA.
Travel Assistance: Assisting TETRA staff with navigating corporate travel approval and reimbursement systems.
Calendar Management: Managing event calendar updates across multiple networks, ensuring schedules align seamlessly.
Document Review: Reviewing, editing, and staffing various intelligence analysis products, test concept plans, threat scenarios, validation reports, and other critical documents.
Liaison Role: Serving as a liaison between the intelligence, acquisition, and test and evaluation communities, facilitating collaboration and information exchange.
Support for DOT&E: Providing administrative and logistical support for DOT&E's test and evaluation resources and infrastructure investment portfolios.
International Engagement: Facilitating communication and collaboration with North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) personnel when necessary.
Independent Work: Working independently, guided by government leadership, to develop and maintain an overall performance roadmap for your assigned responsibilities.
Position Requirements:
- Active DoD TS / SCI Clearance
- Counterintelligence Polygraph
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work-related experience.
- Proficiency in Administrative Support using productivity software to address complex problems for diverse user groups.
- Strong research, analysis, documentation, and data organization skills.
- Exceptional personnel scheduling and calendar management abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, organizational share drive and cloud storage management, and web browser management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
- Experience with corporate travel reimbursement systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced research and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience at the Pentagon and/or the Office of the Secretary of Defense is a plus.
