Administrative Support Specialist
(Part-time with Benefits)
Mountain Pacific is seeking a part-time (20 hours a week, afternoons 1pm-5pm) Administrative Support Specialist in the Support Services Division. The Administrative Support Specialist assists the organization by providing various support to all staff. Provides assistance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization and departments. Responsibilities may include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, shipping and receiving of packages, scanning, filing and performing general office tasks. The Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, organizing documents, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This position serves as the main point of contact for the Helena Corporate office and may also interact with clients, customers, and other team members, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Additionally, proficiency in office software and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential for success in this role.
This position is an on-site position, the successful candidate would have strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. This position may require lifting up to 50lbs. A High School Diploma and have at least 2 years of experience in secretarial, administrative and/or equivalent experience & education. Targeted compensation for this position is $15.00-$20.00 an hour.
