Elite Home Rehab is looking for an Administrative Professional to join our fast-growing team! This position is a full-time, hourly position with full benefits. The perfect candidate is an energetic, organized and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a work-from-home position who lives in the Lindale, TX area. Although this is a work-from-home position there will be times where local travel is required for meetings or other company needs. Some of the tasks required will include but are not limited to:
- Answer employee questions via the company phone, text line and email address.
- Manage daily workflow on company systems.
- Assist in note auditing.
- Manage daily system reconciliation.
- Assist with company marketing.
- Scheduling and managing patient calendars.
- Building and managing relationships with our partners.
- Ensuring clear communication between internal and external partners.
Minimum Requirements:
⁃Must have a laptop or desktop purchased within the last 12 months
⁃Access to a home office
⁃Must have reliable transportation
⁃Ability to check company mail
⁃Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 90kbps upload speed
