Job Summary: This position works with a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) team that sees transition aged youth (15-30) that have experienced their first episode of psychosis. This position works to obtain surveys for the purpose of data gathering regarding services. The data gathered is entered in an electronic records system. This position may also complete self reported screening tools with clients as assigned. This position is community based.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
Required:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
Preferred:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License:
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience:
Preferred:
- Direct client care experience in Mental Health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Hours: Part-Time.
Workhours; 9:00AM-5:00PM (Flexible).
Workdays; Monday-Friday (Flexible).
Salary: $22.35 - $23.47 an hour based on education.
