  • Location: Fort Collins, CO
  • Status: Part time, 20/hrs. per week

What You'll Do:

 

Under limited supervision, assists to track and organize a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building tradework in the repair, maintenance and/or construction of SummitStone Health Partners' facilities, maintenance equipment, and grounds. Responsible for monitoring the Facilities ticketing system, delegating assignments under the direction of a supervisor, and coordinating the resources required to successfully accomplish the task.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracks, assigns, and monitors maintenance requests in an organized, prioritized, and timely manner.
  • Tracks, schedules, and maintains records of fleet, building, equipment, repair/maintenance of company assets.
  • Respectfully and effectively communicate with department management, staff, customers, and other team members regarding maintenance issues, including ticket triaging.
  • Actively recognize property improvement opportunities and address such matters in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintain and/or assist in accurate inventory of all materials and equipment.
  • Ensure company owned vehicles and tools are mechanically maintained; coordinate repairs on machines and equipment to maintain proper working condition; order new parts and/or report major breakdowns to supervisor.
  • Organize and maintain blueprints, plans, drawings and sketches that determine work to be performed and resources required.
  • Track tickets to maintain quality within area of specialty to include any and/or all of the following: air and water temperatures/ chemical properties; heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; walls and related applications; windows and roofing; doors and associated hardware; flooring; electrical; plumbing systems and fixtures; and pneumatic controls.
  • Maintain maintenance records for all services completed.
  • Wear safety equipment and observe all safety practices and regulations.

 

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, operational support, or project management.
  • Experience adhering to applicable federal, state, and city regulations and procedures.

Preferred:

  • Experience in maintenance and/or property management preferred.
  • Experience reading basic construction drawings, sketches, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications preferred.
  • Experience employing the proper method to clean and dispose of biological waste preferred.
  • Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred.

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver's license.

Wage Ranges

The typical hiring range for this Part Time position of 20 hrs. per week is $19.23 - $23.08/ hour, based on relevant years of experience.
