JOB TITLE: Administrative Floater -Document Scanner
DEPARTMENT: Tribal Administration

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Executive Secretary. The Administrative Floater-Document Scanner is responsible for the integrity, security, and accuracy of the Hualapai Tribal Nations historical, administrative, confidential, and financial documents in a concise organized manner. The Administrative Floater-Document Scanner will be required to be flexible and work in different areas of the Administration Office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Regular attendance is mandatory and expected;
- Document preparation including staple and paper clip removal, taping torn documents, unbending edges and identification;
- Document scanning including managing document workflow, labeling documents and input into On Base Document Management System and Financial System;
- Prepare documents to be stored and shredded;
- Basic scanner maintenance including paper jam removal and cleaning;
- File retrieval from both systems;
- Assisting with Front Desk Receptionist Position, when necessary;
- Assist with Community Events;
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED;
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and follow directions accurately;
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, and use office equipment, such as scanner, copier, and fax machine;
- Ability to multi-tasks;
- Must have good customer service skills and work well with others;
- Self-motivated and has good team-work skills;
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement;
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment and random drug/alcohol test.
