Responsibilities:
- Distribute and process real estate related mail and invoices.
- Manage and prioritize work ticket requests received via Zoho.
- Close tickets in Zoho once resolution is confirmed. ...
- Find/hire local third-party contractors to resolve work tickets.
- Maintain preferred vendor list.
- Report roof leaks to Landlords/Property Management via email.
- Update Peruse with any missing Property Management contact information.
- Maintains files on work orders, proposals.
- Special projects as assigned by Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow-up/request Landlord Information Sheet in coordination with Real Estate Manager.
- Set-up new utility accounts in an efficient manner.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Must have strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must be a strong communicator skills: written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors.
