Job Description
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Database Coordinator for our client in Grandville, MI. This person will be responsible for overseeing and sustaining database systems, guaranteeing precise and current information to facilitate smooth and effective operations. The ideal candidate will provide great support to team members and build customer trust. This position is part-time requiring the individual to work 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently update the database to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Develop, execute, and sustain a robust database system for monitoring client information.
- Analyze information to process information that is missing or illegible by using best judgment.
- Provide opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the data entry operations and continuously make improvements.
- Work efficiently in a team-orientated atmosphere and be able to collaborate on document management.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect and input relevant data, ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to facilitate smooth communication and the exchange of data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in database management and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to have exceptional and accurate alpha-numeric typing skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and have effective time management skills.
