Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Update calendars and scheduling appointments
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Skills:
- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, and printers)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
This is a seasonal Job opening from February-April. There is potential for a year round part-time position.
