Job Description
- Answer phone calls, email, and direct phone calls to office personnel in a timely manner
- Support office personnel with general administrative duties (copying, scanning, etc.)
- Perform data entry and will be proficient in basic computer skills
- Conduct property record research using internet resources and paper filing systems
- Undergo training on imaging process for high capacity scanning
- Remove staples and sort, file, and box paper records
- Prep, sort, and scan hard copy (paper) files to electronic images
- Follow production procedures for document quality control and document indexing
- Complete internal documentation and tracking
- Reassemble and sequence paper documents after scanning
- Understand and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
- Accept of change and long durations of project assignments
- 2 to 3 years prior experience performing administrative duties in an office setting
- Demonstrate professional, courteous, and respectful customer service
- Data entry & typing skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to bend, kneel, lift, pull and reach over head
- Candidate must be able to clearly communicate with customers
- Maintain a professional and clean work station
- Adhere to all company policies
- Must maintain confidential information both internally and externally
- Solid and stable work history
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)
- Prior experience with conversion of paper file records to electronic format
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
