- Experience in office administration or a similar role. Advanced knowledge and skills related to administrative procedures and business operations, including reconciling data, supporting the budget process, preparing memos & company materials, calendar management, task & priority identification, and inbox management.
- Adept at problem-solving, time management, and communication. This person will be joining our operations team supporting executives and the operations leadership. This role requires comfort effectively prioritizing tasks and initiating cross-functional communication.

Qualifications:
- 5 – 7+ years of Administrative Assistant experience. Experience successfully supporting multiple teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Previous experience with travel arrangements and event coordination is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Reports to: Director of HR
Location: This is a remote role. However, only candidates in the following states will be eligible for employment: AZ, FL, IN, KY, MI, MO, OH, NC, TX, WI. Occasional travel (likely not more than once per quarter) will be expected.
Compensation: This is a full-time role. Pay will be based on experience; the pay range for this position is $22 - $26 per hour. Compensation is competitive and includes generous benefits such as: health insurance, paid time off and company holidays, Simple IRA plan, and bonuses based on individual and company performance.
