POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant position is an entry level, full time, non-exempt position that reports to the Office Coordinator. This is a small but busy office so ability to multitask and reprioritize while remaining professional is a must. Our best employees work with minimal supervision to carry out their daily duties with a high level of completion. Independence and initiative are a must!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the branch office which includes supporting the GM, sales team, service manager, customers, and technicians.
- Process work orders, purchase orders, billing information, etc. through our ERP system as needed.
- Schedule inspections, coordinating with vendors, customers, etc. to maximize efficiency for busy technicians.
- Position will have heavy contact with customers via phone and email.
- Other duties as assigned.
