The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and will be responsible for accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense categorization. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring technician time tracking, and ensuring technicians are following inventory tracking and client ticket processing procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and invoicing
- Categorize and track expenses
- Monitor technician time tracking, inventory tracking, and client ticket processing procedures
- Check in with technicians who are falling short on protocol compliance
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and invoice inquiries
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to commute to the office as needed
This is a part-time position with the potential for growth in the future
