Job description

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services consist of day programs and supportive living programs. Clients in our day programs have access to group activities, individual support, and mental health services. Clients in the supportive living program receive support in maintaining independent living and have access to the day program.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will serve as the first point-of-contact to clients, their families/support system, outside providers, and referrers. You will be actively involved in client treatment through both Administrative and direct support.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a liaison between clients and staff.
  • Auditing medical records for completion of required documentation.
  • Managing difficult and emotional individual situations by responding to requests for assistance and support.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with individuals, their support system, other staff, and community agencies.
  • Assist staff with Special Projects as assigned; Assist with special audits, site reviews, Annual Awards Luncheon, meeting projects, and surveys.

What we need from you.

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have reliable transportation
