Administration Support II

Compensation is based on experience and relevant skill set. All ATC Healthcare employees are hourly. Employees are eligible for overtime, holiday pay and referral bonuses. Some work assignments offer travel pay.

Job Requirements
Administration Support II
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of administration experience
- Prefer clinical license
Job Description
- Completing chart audits
- Providing training such as Safeside
- Assistance in gathering and disseminating data for corrective action plans and ASO audits and other duties assigned
- Accurately enter and update client information in Database System
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to upper level manager
- Complies with ATC policies/procedures.
- Complies with client facility policies/procedures.
- Documents accurately and completely services provided. Provides patient services in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that considers cultural diversity and age appropriateness so that autonomy, rights, and dignity are preserved.
