Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
- Financial Reporting:
- Generate and analyze financial reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with phone, email, and office supplies.
- Collaborate for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Payroll Processing:
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of employee hours and leave.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about financial regulations.
- Assist in preparation for audits.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with teams, vendors, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping and administrative experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
Compensation: $22.00/Hr.
