Join our team! We're hiring for the role of Admin/Bookkeeper. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about both numbers and administration, we want you on our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
  2. Financial Reporting:

    • Generate and analyze financial reports.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with phone, email, and office supplies.
    • Collaborate for smooth day-to-day operations.
  4. Payroll Processing:

    • Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
    • Maintain records of employee hours and leave.
  5. Compliance:

    • Stay informed about financial regulations.
    • Assist in preparation for audits.
  6. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate with teams, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven bookkeeping and administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.

Compensation: $22.00/Hr.
