Admin/Billing Specialist

Supervised by: Operations Manager

Coordinates With:Billing Department, Route Dispatchers, Customer Service Department, Sales Department

Supervises: N/A

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years data entry/billing work experience/ or equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent computer skills
• Responsibilities include the data entry of service/disposal tickets, identification and resolution of billing issues, along with various clerical duties. Employee must be able to multi-task, pay close attention to details and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Enter data with speed and accuracy, paying close attention to details.
• Identify and research outstanding issues, initiate resolution by contacting. disposal facilities via email/phone and work with internal staff as needed.
• Demonstrate ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate job flexibility in job responsibilities.
• When necessary the billing assistant will be expected to help out in other departments when requested.
