Weichert Insurance Agency is hiring an Administrative Support Team Leader. The Administrative Support Team Leader is responsible for providing administrative support for the Agency Management System (EPIC) and Apliant. The position provides daily, weekly and monthly reports for management. The position assists with the setup of new hires and employee moves and serves as backup for answering phones, opening and distributing mail and checks, as well as retrieving carrier mail. The Administrative Support Team Leader manages the inventory and ordering of Agency supplies.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports for Sales Managers
•Manages onboarding of new employees with IT and coordinates employee moves.
•Handles minor IT issues such as hardware replacement and EPIC passwords as well as copier maintenance and repair calls.
•Serves as backup to receptionist to answer calls, checks the office voicemail and delivers messages to the staff member.
•Serves as backup to open and distribute incoming mail, emails and faxes to Agency employees. Logs and distributes checks and carrier mail.
•Acts as the main point of contact for all Agency supply orders. Places orders and tracks inventory of supplies.
•Responds to general inquiries
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
•High school diploma or GED
•Two (2) years of related administrative experience preferred
•Strong knowledge Microsoft Office suite of products
•Good oral and written communications skills
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Good attention to detail
•Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
•Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
•Remain stationary for long periods of time
•Move around the office as needed
•Occasionally move objects up to 20lbs
•Communicate with sufficient clarity on the telephone and in person
•Operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment frequently
•The employee may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting
