Job Description
Position Overview: Clerical duties. Accept documents in Driver Scanning. Filing. Office supplies inventory. Back up other clerical/auditor positions as needed and will report to the Admin Svc Manager.
Important Job Functions:
- Accept driver’s paperwork in the Driver Scanning program.
- Navigate the port websites to obtain the missing interchanges and scan them in SWS.
- File all the driver’s paperwork by Div.
- Import BOL in the IMS website.
- Research missing documents in the MDR and scan into SWS.
Other Job Functions:
- Assist with Driver Payroll reconciliation, referral bonuses and termination production recaps.
- Maintain office supply and company merchandise inventory.
- Provide back up to the other clerical/auditor positions on critical duties.
- Responsible for Fedex outgoing shipping.
- Upkeep of Outlook Calendar.
- Attend coffee machine (refill cups, coffee, sugar and other items needed)
- Special projects for Admin Svc Manager
Requirements:
- Good written communication skills (email)
- Good phone skills- ability to communicate w / drivers and staff members.
- Ability to learn basic Excel.
- Professional dress code/demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential material.
- Execution of NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) mandatory.
- Good office work experience history.
