Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a growing Park Ridge global association, seeks Admin Support for International Regions. The Admin Support for International Regions is responsible for supporting the Region Managers to develop and will work in conjunction with the Program Support Team, MDRT satellite offices, and volunteers.
The Admin Support for International Regions will provide administrative support to programs, initiatives and communications led by Region Managers, support Home Office Partnership program, documenting meetings with committee leaders and company administrators, creates Travel Briefs for Executive Committee and Ambassadors, and supporting Region Manager with necessary follow up, coordinate travel, hotel and meeting logistics for MCC leadership meetings in international destinations, in coordination with Region Manager, provide materials to committee leaders and company administrations to allow them to promote the MDRT Family of Brands adequately within their region or company, liaise with other departments, work closely with other Admin Support, International regions – as well as Program Support to ensure common best practices, and quality of delivery, adhere to SOPs and timelines, documentation of processes, follow up on programs and services, read and interpret on-line analytics and provide recommendations to existing SOPs and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum three – five (3-5) years of experience in an international business setting, experience working in a global business environment with diverse audiences, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills representing a degree of accuracy to draft correspondence and interact professional and effectively in person, on the phone and online, highly detailed, process-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational need, strong customer service skills and experience in developing appropriate, creative solutions to (internal) customer needs/problems, proficiency in MS Office Suite for Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), high degree of professionalism, integrity, credibility, expertise and confidence, ability to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, operates with a sense of urgency and maintains high quality standards., ability to handle confidential information responsibly, fluency in verbal and written English. Second or more relevant regional languages a plus.
