Job description

Zachry is currently seeking an Admin Clerk for the Fabrication Shop in Pasadena

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Creating purchase reqs in Oracle and Microsoft Word.
• Create change orders in Microsoft Word.
• Scanning documents and uploading to TEAMS and into internal data base.
• Scanning drawings on shop floor for updates on daily progress reports.
• Communicate with procurement on missing documentation for deliveries.
• Misc. tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
