LEAD 530: Customers, Stakeholders, and Markets: Modeling, Branding and Marketing Your Leadership

Joining our Leadership & Innovation team, the Adjunct Professor will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and manage syllabus materials. Responsible for designing and administering assignments and/or online discussions that permit measurement of performance relative to course learning objectives.
• Coordinate coursework and curriculum with Department Chair/Director. Responsible for ensuring that curriculum establishes foundation for achievement of learning objectives.
• Integrate subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in development of learning processes. Facilitate class discussions. Responsible for teaching within context of learning objectives and session plan outlines.
• Prepare and deliver lectures and seminars with supportive educational materials.
• Ensure stimulating classroom learning experiences for students.
• Respond to students in a timely manner and provide students with assistance and guidance.
• Evaluate student performance. Administer evaluations of student performance based on course deliverables and assignment rubrics.
• Submit final grades through electronic registrar system.
• Adhere to departmental and college procedures, policies and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an earned MS Graduate level degree in leadership or organizational development.

• Seven years of professional leadership experience in complex organizations in which the leader's experience included operating as a "brand ambassador," applying marketing and branding principles within their practice of leadership. The candidate has experience applying marketing principles to themselves, as leaders, and within their career, in the fulfilment of their professional responsibilities.
Demonstrated effectiveness translating theory into practice, in leadership, branding, and marketing.
