Qualifications: MSN required; earned doctorate preferred. We are seeking candidates with specializations in content areas such as community health, diversity, health informatics, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and/or nursing leadership and management. At least five years of experience as a registered nurse and two years of higher education instruction preferred.
Interested individuals should be experienced in the construction and delivery of online courses using a LMS, preferably Canvas, and should be comfortable with both synchronous and asynchronous methods of delivery. Candidates must demonstrate successful teaching at the undergraduate level and a commitment to teaching students in an inclusive, ethnically diverse environment. We seek candidates who embrace Olivet’s relationship-based approach to pedagogy and who embody our commitment to inclusivity.
