Adjunct Faculty, Massage Therapy, Reflexology 1

Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) is seeking a board certified Massage Therapist to provide Massage Therapy to clients in a clinical setting. The schedule will vary depending on the academic term schedule for the clinic, but will be part-time, 8 hours per week.

Duties will include but are not limited to providing massage therapies and techniques to clinic clients, managing client care through approved policies and procedures of the NWHSU clinic system, completing client documentation, monitoring client progress, referring clients to internal or external healthcare professions as necessary, consulting with other clinic faculty, participating in relationship building activities, attending meetings, participating in community event activities, providing observation opportunities for students form NWHSU academic programs, and completing annual required training.

Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma plus specialized training degree from a School of Massage Therapy. One - three years of experience; minimum of 600 hours of training required. Experience in a Massage Therapy environment with supervisory skills is preferred.
