Requirements
- Hands-on trafficking experience and strong knowledge of Campaign Manager required; ability to troubleshoot technical issues a plus.
- Understanding of site tagging, tracking and monitoring through GTM and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Programmatic, Paid Social platforms, and Brand Safety/Measurement partners.
- General understanding of data structure and visualization techniques. Experience building dashboards in our visualization platform Datorama strongly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, nested formulas, pivots...) is required
- Familiar with web technologies such as HTML and JS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks under aggressive deadlines.

The Ad Operations Associate works across media clients and supports the Ad Operations Supervisor with the day-to-day management of all digital media campaigns. This person is responsible for all aspects of the campaign implementation process (trafficking, tagging troubleshooting, QA, etc.) The Ad Operations Associate also works closely with internal teams as well as external publishers/partners to ensure accurate delivery of all ad campaigns, identify and reconcile any data collection issues. This role will report into the Ad Operations Supervisor or Associate Media Director.
Responsibilities
- Own and support all pre- and post-launch trafficking responsibilities. Help create tags and deliver to respective teams.
- Participate in launch calls with 3rd Party Partner and/or Publishers; be their first point of contact for all online advertising technical issues and questions.
- Ensure conversion tracking and data collection is functioning properly to ensure campaign success.
- Be the go-to person for quality data and data visualization. Collaborate with internal teams to gather quality reporting and visualization requirements to create reports/dashboard that meet the needs of the different end users across the organization.
- Be responsible for managing trafficking timelines to ensure campaigns launch on time across accounts. Work with respective teams to ensure deadlines are met and communicate turnaround times.
- Assist Ad Operations team in other projects as needed.
