Acute Speech Language Pathologist / SLP - $20,000 Sign On bonus
2-year commitment, bonus paid in full after 90-day probationary period
Full-Time - Inpatient

Speech Language Pathologist Pay Rate: $34.00 - $52.00 hourly!
SLP Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4:30PM

MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Acute / Inpatient Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join a growing and tight knit community hospital with outstanding benefits and culture! $20k Sign On bonus offered and paid out in full after 90 days of employment (2-year commitment)!
SLP Key Responsibilities:

• Provides screening, evaluation and therapeutic intervention for patients referred by physicians or appropriate source.
• Administer and score standardized test procedures to assist in evaluation of patient communicative skills.
• Interpretation and written reports are required following assessment including patient education and input related to test results and recommendations.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor are documented and progress notes after each patient contact is required.
• Contact with physician is necessary to provide information on patient status.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all ages and socio-economic status.
• Job knowledge of the medical implications of various disorders of stroke, traumatic brain injury, tracheostomy/vent patients, language delay, articulation/motor disorders, and swallowing disorders

SLP Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from a nationally recognized program.
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of OH
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment
• 1+ year of experience preferred but new grads welcome!
