We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is a 24-bed specialty unit providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients who are primarily in need of physical restoration following a disease or disabling condition, from strokes to motor vehicle accidents. You will be part of a diverse, interdisciplinary team including physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dieticians, social workers, and other specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Current NH RN License.
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time, 24-36 hours per week
- Multiple shifts available; days, evenings, nights
