Do you love having fun and making others smile? Are you a master of creating engaging activities that bring people together? If so, we want you to join our team as a Fun-Maker Extraordinaire (aka Community Activity Specialist)! In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and leading a variety of exciting activities that will bring joy and laughter to individuals and groups in the local community. We're looking for someone who's creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead a variety of super fun community activities, from wacky games and wild adventures to arts and crafts, cultural events, and everything in between!
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for new activities that will surprise and delight our community members.
- Work closely with community organizations, schools, and businesses to develop partnerships and collaborations that make our activities even more awesome.
- Create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and included.
- Encourage and inspire participants to get involved, try new things, and make new friends.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our activities and make improvements to keep the fun rolling.
- Share stories and photos of our amazing activities on social media and other platforms, so everyone can see the fun we're having!
- Keep track of attendance, participation, and feedback to measure the impact of our activities.
Qualifications:
- A boundless imagination and a deep love of fun!
- Experience in planning and leading creative, engaging activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (because safety is always cool!).

Salary: From $17.50-19 per hour Depending on Experience.
